Message lots of guys attach their belt with this kind of setup without using a rollbar/cage. 2 things to consider:
1. if the ioport restricts movement, then another option is to go to a local welding shop & have them make one for you that allows the max amount of seatback adjustment(so you'll never be restricted in your setup)...this shouldnt be hard & it'll probably cost you about the same or less as ioport's.
2. mounting hardware: you've got to mount the harness such that it follows a path of 0 to -10 degrees(per Simpson Harness spec) below the back of your shoulder as it snakes across this harness bar or rollbar to it's final mounting position. Now, since you're not using the rollbar you've got to attach the mounting end of the harness to something that wont pull-out on you. So, in an NA you've got 3 options: either install your own harness floor mounts, use the front floor seat mount studs or in a 2+2 the rear seatbelt mouting holes after you've removed the seatbelts. The NA front seat floor mount studs is highly NOT recommended because any mounting brackets you install on them will NEVER be able to function correctly because they will be installed horizontal to the floor & not vertical to the floor like they should be. So you'll have to drill some holes through the floor & install something like Simpson's floor mouting kit(part# 31020) , not sure if it comes with their 31018 eye bolt kit - but you'll need one of each to mount each belt to the floor for driver & passenger.
Also, consider either a 5 or 6 point harness over a 4-point.
